Isabelle Diaz Daza-Semblat is a 31-year-old Filipina actress, television host, and model. She is the daughter of Miss Universe 1969 titleholder, Gloria Diaz. She was a member of GMA Network’s roster of young talents and was introduced to the mass media entertainment audiences during a dance number on the noontime show “Party Pilipinas on April 17, 2011.

On November 24, 2014, she transferred to ABS-CBN and signed a two-year exclusive contract. She gained recognition for her role in the drama series “Tubig at Langis”.

It was in February 2016 when she confirmed her engagement with French businessman Adrien Semblat, her boyfriend for seven years. The couple married on September 10, 2016, at the San Francesco Church in Tuscany, Italy. Accordingly, it was her godfather, former senator Bongbong Marcos, who walked her down the aisle on her wedding day because her father passed away. On April 1, 2018, she gave birth to her first child, a boy.

It was last actually last year when she shared a photo of the “employement contract” she provides her house helpers but the public was recently talking about it because of its detailed content. The very detailed employment contract for her house helpers was made so that they would both have a long-term relationship which will benefit both parties.

The said contract was also aligned with the Domestic Workers Act of 2013 of the Republic Act. No. 10361 also known as the “Batas Kasambahay” which is implemented by the law to protect the welfares of all domestic workers in the Philippines.

The celebrity mom enumerated every single detail their househelper should know about his or her job description as well as her rights, compensations, benefits, and other privileges. For her, the number rule which should be followed by her house helpers is to never say “Wala” especially when they haven’t checked or looked everywhere.
