Ogie Diaz shares Liza Soberano’s rags to riches life story

Hope Elizabeth Soberano or simply Liza Soberano is a 21 years old Filipino-American actress. She started in a range of television series and films, including ”Wansapanataym”, ”Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo, She’s the One”, ”Must Be… Love”. She rose to fame after playing the protagonist role in the romantic comedy television series ”Forevermore” with Enrique Gil. She has since paired with Enrique in the films “Just The Way You Are”, “Everyday I Love You”, “My Ex and Whys”, “Alone/Together” and the television series “Dolce Amore” and “Bagani.”

She is indeed one of the most bankable stars of the Kapamilya network. Her angelic face and gorgeous physique really say it all why the industry loves her so much. It can be remembered that her manager Ogie Diaz shared how Liza started with her career in the show business industry. Many people thought that Liza is one of the well-off individuals before but it was actually the other way around.

“Akala kasi nung iba, dahil sa ganda at kinis ng kutis ni Liza ay galing siya sa mayamang pamilya. Pero hindi po. Walang-wala ang bagets noon nang makilala ko.” The comedian/talent manager said.

He had also added that Liza only has that strong desire of helping her family as she starts in the industry. Liza even had a half a million peso debts to Ogie before but with just one television commercial, she had already paid her debts.

“Halos umabot ng 500k, pero alalang-alala na ang mag-ama kung paanong mababayaran dahil nag-start pa lang ang kanyang career.” Ogie further explained.

The time comes when Liza was able to pay every single debt she and her family have and she was very thankful for Ogie that he was there to support her even if she has nothing.
“Talagang sabi ni Liza, ‘Tito Ogie, mababayaran na po namin lahat ang utang namin sa inyo. Ayoko po kasi nang may utang pa. Thank you po, ha?’” Ogie shared.
