80’s famous star Vivian Foz comes back to the limelight with GMA network project

A lot of former actors and actresses before are given another opportunity to come back in the limelight after several years of being away from the show business industry. One of those talented and beautiful actresses is the former veteran actress Vivian Foz, who rose to fame on the 80’s.

She was only 16 years when she started her career in the industry. She was introduced in the drama anthology show Lovingly Yours, Helen (LYH) back in 1980. She also starred in the movie “Lovingly Yours, Helen” in 1984 alongside with her former love team, Ariosto Reyes Jr. She was also known portraying roles in Muslim.357 in 1986, Kasalanan ang Buhayin Ka in 1990, Ilalaban Kita Ng Patayan! In 1991, Hong Tian Mi Ling in 1994, and Saan Ka Man Naroroon in 1999.

But it was in the mid-2000s, when she decided to left show business industry to start a new life and career with her family in the United States. It was in the August 17 episode of “Magpakailanman” when the former love team reunited entitled “From Heart to Bone: The Blisse Cervantes Story.” They portrayed as the parents of Kapuso actress, Joyce Ching portraying the character of Blisse who had a rare bone d!sease called “Osteogenesis Imperfecta”.

A lot of people were surprised to finally see them together after several years. The veteran actress revealed in one of her interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) that when she left show business industry here in the Philippines, she was an actress and a licensed dentist. When she tried her luck in the United States, she later became a registered nurse. Even though she already became a registered nurse abroad, she still came here in the Philippines to visit some time. It was in 2017 when she retired as a nurse and now works as a broker or a qualified field director for a life insurance company that is based in the United States.
