Online shopping makes people’s everyday lives easier. With just a few clicks, you’ll get your orders in your doorsteps in a day or a week. With much excitement, opening the box is such a wonderful feeling. However, not every time, you will feel thrilled due to some reasons- bad quality, not as expected, damage or malfunctioning, or worst- wrong item.
With such errors like those, patience is tested and sometimes, you can’t help it but get angry. Just like this guy who ordered via Lazada Malaysia, Ivan Liew purchased a smartphone costing around 39,000 pesos last December 12, 2017.
He tracked his order and learned that it was cancelled and failed to delivered last December 15. But the next day, he was surprised when he received a package containing two packs of wet tissues. He headed to the police station and filed a complaint then send back the package to Lazada.
After months of waiting, Lazada finally refunded his money. Probably, Ivan’s experienced with online shopping will have him think twice before purchasing an expensive item online.
